This couple had different thoughts about what they wanted in style colour and layout. It was important for her to have a modern feel with gray tones. He wanted an island, to view the ocean while standing and cooking. The fireplace was dated with brick, the table area was large, and had un-used space lacking appeal.
We removed the fridge from a corner wall that opened up the hallway to the dining area and also the table with a view to the ocean. This space was now one big family entertaining area surrounded by new cabinetry, a side bench and beautiful finishes including tile on the old brick.
