Wow, this was an amazing project that increased the value and investment of this 1960’s home. We started out with a small work room that housed freezers and tools from the 60’s that separated the garage from a spare room inside. The wishes of this client were to increase the home by adding a second bathroom and updating the laundry facilities. This idea was to design a wall to divide the space and create separate functions for a bathroom and a laundry work zone. The lady of the house had very specific requests for wallpaper, metal finishes and walk in shower use. Even the Asco washer dryer combo set was film wrapped in bronze colour to eliminate any glaring white in the room. White was not part of this vision.
