This investment started with the clients wanting to update their dated home where the kitchen was blocked from the living room, had a small window to the ocean and lacked storage. The clients had colourful expectations with a modern flavour but also wanted to keep the organic feel with wood. As he likes cooking the layout was very important on how he was going to access pots and pans to utensils and have a professional kitchen feel.
The wall was removed opening up the space, seating was created along the ocean wall with a larger window for viewing pleasure and a colourful combination of red and modern white was applied.
