This condo investment was purchased as a second home to visit and watch the ocean from their windows of Georgia Straight. The condo however was dated, original and needed some care and attention. With the clients love for the coast and ocean their interest was to bring the blue and white of the outside in, and brighten up the space. All finishes such as flooring, wall colours, lighting placement, cabinetry and stone counters were put in place. Along the way, both bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen were fully renovated. The ensuite bathroom endured a major layout re-design to accommodate a ‘toilet-closet’ opening up the bathroom to have no door to the bedroom, a custom built-in linen closet for storage and a walk-in 2-person shower.
